This method allows us to help others get involve with unconventional investment methods, as well as provides an opportunity for them to learn the process of real estate investing. It is also a way for us to collaborate with others on our projects and share the wealth.

Warranties are provided based on initial contract signed and/or manufacturer warranties.

In the case of real estate, our in house construction company and real estate brokerage firm are fully licensed and insured and all other stakeholder subcontractors that participate on our projects must be licensed and insured according to the guidelines of the department of building in that particular city/town. We do our due diligence in Any other endeavors that we pursue and/or invest in, to ensure that all qualifications are met to our strict standards of operation.
